All one degree warmer at the heart, global warming, we can genuinely embrace.

We’re not going to survive unless we walk
Gently on this earth together,
Until we touch something in others that
Feels just like the shards of our own pain,
The fluttering warmth of our own joy,
Until we sew their wounds into our hearts

And seal it with our own skin. ~

    ' What is Love'? ' What is Relationship?'Do we know? or are we seeking our version of what love should be, should feel like ~ Like searching half asleep for a jewel to complete some 'not enough' story we are telling ourselves: The underlying limitations in all relationships is rooted in how we look at and think about others ~ the problem we have with others is what we don't see or understand about ourselves: Others simply don't measure up to our expectations~ in our eyes they have failed in some way to complete us, as we had imagined is their responsibility;

We have this imprinted belief that others are responsible for the way we feel, responsible for upsetting us, responsible for our happiness, our anger , responsible for making us feel loved; The greater our hunger on others to provide us with a sense of worth, validation, our desire for approval and to feel special in their eyes the more the resentment builds: 

How would this moment unfold if we caught sight of this activity and stopped assigning roles, to parents, partners, and friends, events, and livelihood, and introduced ourselves to a fresh new unlived aspect of a more true you ~ it's not what you do its what you see that frees you to Be ~ 

Are you curious about " What is Love '? Invite this inquiry into your heart ~body/mind ~ seek not an answer, engage with the flow toward the open-sensed feeling of not knowing and welcome the mystery of the moment~ 

In all creation, there is this movement to the light and grounding to earth ~ reaching for the Sun and being pulled by gravity to root, to ground, grow, gain strength, and resilience~

There's something that draws us out of the shadows and into the light, to be made whole, to know our true wisdom ~

We have an inherent need to grow, to rise; we want to know what true love is, don't we?

We have a longing, an ache, an unexplained loneliness~ we want to know this part that wants to outgrow its felt and believed limitations, don't we?

If we dull that passion because it is to painful to keep it alive, if we lose that desire for wholeness and a fully lived life, if we lose it to fear, negative imagination and cynicism, 

lose this and we start to wither, our hearts start to dry out, and instead of growing love, we grow shadows: We cannot protect our hearts and keep them open at the same time~We can't stay in the shadows and feel the warm caress of the Sun: Our shadows are incapable of love, this is never to be judged but embraced: 

So here we are feeling this sense of openness -and then ~ There is what feels like an opposing force that says in O so many ways "I don't think so" Resistance says "This is as far as I go" 

🤎🤍Befriending Resistance on the Way Home to the Heart 🤎🤍

Obstacles to the homecoming of the heart  are a  gold rich resourse of knowledge and wisdom; Resistance holds your past and makes conclusions about your future:  Resistance is your past reappearing in every moment; 

  There is no growth, no evolutionary flow, without meeting resistance. Resistance points to inconclusion and will always get you to turn away because it provides you with a conclusion: 

  "You are not enough" "You will fail" 

"You will be hurt", "exposed as a fraud"

Yet can we start to see these fertile moments of communication breakdowns, or embarrassment, as moments to complete us if we go through rather than take our usual exit route?
